History of Zolarius Enterprises
The company was established July 16 1998 under the name U.S. Delivery in Vancouver Washington. Within the first six months the clientele grew from less than five to over twenty. By the year 2000 we were serving most major stores in Portland and Vancouver covering over 900 square miles plus over forty private clients like designers and home builders preparing fully furnished Show Homes.
Along the way the name was changed to Diamond Delivery mainly because some previous advertising attempts began causing problems. We were getting calls from around the United States which is not a bad thing except for the fact that we were a local service and people were asking us if we transported cargo nationwide. Diamond Delivery is still in use for the delivery portion of the business but we have since created Zolarius Enterprises Inc to use as a parent company for future expansion into other products and services.
As with most companies we had our ups and downs. In 2003 the company needed a boost so the CEO went to Clark College to learn about business tactics. During this time the studies sucked up more and more time and eventually in late 2005 put us out of business. I struggled along as best I could until October 2006 when finally financial desperation caused us to find an income to support the household. Discovering a simple ad in the paper not only provided a steady income but also gave us a new friend, Gino Morelli, who was running a home and business delivery contract for a west coast trucking company. He put us to work right away and we quickly rose up through the ranks to be the most efficient delivery service under his contract. So it was for the next three and a half years. In the winter of 2010 Gino began having problems with the contracts and truck payments etc causing him to take on a partner who was not very honest. So, I departed company for a little over a year and a half but remained friends. I tried to get back into doing deliveries but the economy was terrible and the competition stiff. Once things got back to normal for Gino and the other guy was out of the picture I went back to work with him again. Another one and half years went by and things really got bad with contract wars and Gino eventually lost the area I was delivering. I worked with the new guy for awhile and then he lost it to another and I left! In the fall of 2013 I began delivering IKEA goods to homes and continued until May 2015. Since then I have been back to private deliveries for customers like YOU!
